Forest Therapy Walk at Dane Park
Saturday, May 4, 9:00 am

Forest therapy is a gentle practice of mindful awareness and connection to nature that promotes wellness through the direct experience of green spaces and natural areas. There is mounting scientific research showing that Forest Therapy walks improve positive feelings, quality of sleep, and memory, and decrease anxiety.

Jacob Sanditen, certified forest therapy guide, will lead us with a Brookline GreenSpace Alliance representative on a walk at Dane Park. The 2 hour walk will cover approximately a quarter of a mile and is open to all mobility levels. Bring a water bottle and a mat for sitting.
Space is limited.
