BGSA Sunset Walk at Fisher Hill Reservoir Park
Wednesday, October 11

Tour Fisher Hill Reservoir Park, Brookline’s newest park.

Constructed by the City of Boston in 1887 with a capacity of 15 million gallons, the reservoir served as part of the Metropolitan Water System. Massive pumps at the high service pumping station at the Chestnut Hill Reservoir provided the water to the Fisher Hill Reservoir.

Join BGSA and learn about the landscape design, planting plan, and the Conservation Restriction held by the Alliance protecting the parkland.
Meet at the parking lot on Fisher Ave.
